　...be exciting.は「…はワクワクする」「…は刺激的だ」と興奮を表現するとき使います。

　ワクワクさせるような物などが主語の場合には...be exciting.となりますが、ワクワクしている人が主語のときは、...be excited.となります。「ゾクゾクする」はthrilling(thrilled)です。
